  • Ability to communicate and educate customers, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and external market analysts on new product features, solutions, or enhancements and the value delivered, differentiators, and usage within various fraud strategies.

  • Ability to develop monitoring requirements, analyze and report on product adoption, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape.

  • Ability to provide thought leadership that influences business case, architecture alignment, and strategic product roadmaps development.

  • Success in working with cross-functional teams, for example, senior market, product, and technical leaders and peers and influence across a matrix organization to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of thinking outside the box and building enthusiastic support for new ideas.

Impact You'll Make

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Product Management.

  • Lead fraud solutions adoption within the US through successful go-to-market strategies.

  • Influence the Fraud Solutions strategy to deliver well-managed speed-to-market innovations that minimize end-user friction and fraud.
