Responsibilities

The Business Program Managers - Infractions and Investigations will work with business programs stakeholders and risk managers to identify risks and implement solutions, using established compliance framework and capabilities. You will utilize data and analytics, detect patterns to establish essential monitoring procedures and facilitate an infraction and consequence framework across various workstreams, with a specific emphasis on the US Federal business.

As a Business Program Managers - Infractions and Investigations, you will value teamwork and the collective strength of collaboration. Additionally, in this role, you will be monitoring, auditing, and assessing risks, and will identify irregularities and propose mitigation strategies to leadership. You will need to develop an understanding of business processes, policies, and rules. You will also be active in data analytics for synthesizing insights from disparate sources and will also design decision trees to determine infractions and consequences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the business processes and controls that identify the need for monitoring.

  • Design and implement requirements for future monitoring endeavors, leveraging modern technologies and principles. Work with business to identify and document business rules.

  • Identify actionable insights to enhance processes, develop business solutions, and manage risk, sharing these insights with stakeholders.

  • Create clear and concise reports that empower stakeholders to take necessary actions and drive next steps.

  • Manage the infraction and consequence program, addressing issues identified during monitoring activities.

  • Embody our culture and values.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in any combination of the following: monitoring, auditing, and assessing risks, risk mitigation strategy and solutions, business process improvement, policy assessment; data analytics, insights recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in clear and impactful written and verbal communication, evidenced by successful collaboration across multiple groups.

  • Has experience with compliance and auditing functions in US Federal business.

  • Proven track record in actively monitoring, auditing, and evaluating risks, demonstrated by effectively communicating identified irregularities and proposing actionable mitigation strategies to leadership.

  • Proven responsiveness with a customer-centric approach.

  • Process and operating procedure documentation.

  • Professional services or consulting experience preferred.

  • Financial, transactional or program auditing preferred.

  • Understanding of business processes, policies, and rules is essential, as is proficiency in data analytics for synthesizing insights from disparate sources.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
