What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing and analyzing chargeback claims, identifying fraudulent transactions, and taking appropriate actions to mitigate losses;Investigating and documenting chargeback disputes, gathering relevant evidence, and preparing responses;Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand transaction data and identify fraud patterns or trends;Recommending and implementing strategies to reduce chargeback rates and prevent fraudulent activities;Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to chargeback cases;Monitoring chargeback-related KPIs and performance metrics to ensure effective chargeback management;Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to chargebacks and fraud prevention.

What You Need To Succeed:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively investigate and resolve chargeback cases;Ability to work independently and as part of a team to handle complex chargeback issues;Knowledge of chargeback processes and regulations is a plus, but not mandatory;Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Ruby would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement;Previous experience in chargeback management or fraud prevention is a valuable asset;Excellent communication skills in English;Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement preventive measures;Fast learning capabilities to adapt to evolving chargeback trends and technologies.
