Responsibilities

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

  • Conduct market analysis by understanding client needs, evaluating market dynamics, competition, etc.

  • Partner with regional sales and product teams to co-create relevant product go-to-market & sales strategies.

  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and ad hoc analyses/reports/presentations as needed.

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.

  • Assess new product ideas and/or product enhancements.

  • Be data driven, providing facts and analysis to support point of view.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

  • Experience leading product initiatives end to end - from product strategy to commercialization strategies.

  • Proven record of accomplishment of success in fast-paced, agile environments with demanding timelines. Extensive experience work closely with cross functional teams. Experience working in matrix corporate environments, preferred.

  • Effective communication skills to all levels – written and verbal including to executive management.

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to function autonomously.

  • Strong ability to consume complex data and information, develop insights and create impactful stories.

  • Data driven problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

  • Passion for innovating and delivering truly differentiated products and user experiences.
