We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Payments to lead our payment operations and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our payment processes, ensuring seamless transactions, optimizing payment success rates, and reducing friction for our subscribers.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing payments team, including payment analysts and specialists, to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

  • Payment Operations: Oversee payment processing, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and payment reconciliation to ensure efficient and accurate payment transactions.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment service providers, financial institutions, and third-party vendors to enhance payment processing capabilities and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to identify payment trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to reduce churn by improving payment success rates.
