Drive the team's focus on developing solutions that proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that Trustpilot's services meet consumers & expectations for safety and reliability.Product Innovation - Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative Trust & Safety features and capabilities to enhance the platform's integrity and user experience. Desired Skills And Experience

Proven Leadership: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, with a significant focus on Trust & Safety, security, or privacy-related products in a technology-driven company.Strategic Thinker: Exhibited ability to develop and execute a comprehensive Trust & Safety strategy that aligns with the company's mission and market demands. Knowledge of the competitive landscape in online safety, privacy, and security. Ability to anticipate future trends and challenges in the Trust & Safety domain and craft proactive strategies.Consumer-Centric: Deep understanding of user needs and behaviours in the context of trust, safety, and security online. Experience in designing and implementing user-centric solutions that enhance safety without compromising the user experience. Familiarity with techniques to engage and educate users about Trust & Safety features and practices.Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with a solid understanding of the latest technology trends, including artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, natural language processing, and cybersecurity measures.
