About The Role

As the Ecommerce Loss Prevention Manager, you will work closely with the operational departments to establish policies and procedures that will safeguard the company assets. You will play an integral role in further achieving, maintaining, and surpassing the hyper-growth journey that is Spanx.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Vice President, Global Controller.

Develop, enhance, and operationalize risk mitigation policies, processes and controls.Collect and analyze data from numerous sources, design workflows and procedures, identify data relationships and dependencies to help minimize financial risks.Identify, track, and report key risk indicators.Work closely with the operational departments (eCommerce, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Accounting, …) to develop, monitor and assess the effectiveness of fraud controls and loss prevention programs on an ongoing basis.Collaborate with key stakeholders to review projects, business critical systems and related data to mitigate financial risks.Manage insurance policies, including renewals, claims, and audits.Partner with Supply Chain team and distribution centers to develop and implement inventory controls, focused on minimizing wholesale chargebacks and mitigating inventory shrink and shortages.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a Risk Management/Loss Prevention positionBachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT/Technology, or Legal field CIA certification is preferredCompliance mindset with a strong sense of integrity and the ability to balance business interests with the need for compliance standardsExpertise in compliance standardsExcellent management and process improvement skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple complex & confidential tasksExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail & deadlines
