This is a pivotal role in the Product Team working transversely with our Product Managers and business owners to solve and assist in the implementation of software based fraud and vetting products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development of our anti-fraud and vetting portfolio. As an expert product manager within the team you will be responsible for driving innovation within the portfolio, prototyping and developing new solutions and driving growth across the portfolio as well as supporting core product managers with product development and delivery of the existing portfolio.

What you will do

Own the Vonage fraud prevention roadmap by working with Carrier, Security, Legal, and individual Product Managers to provide technical solutions and manage deliveryResearch and test new anti-fraud innovations, build prototypes, evaluate solutions and develop business cases for new product development.Work with customers, partners, internal stakeholders and industry bodies to identify new market opportunities for growth, and to foster constructive industry collaboration to protect customers, end consumers, and carriers. Provide technical leadership to support experienced Product Managers through the product development process of developing technical solutions to address anti-fraud requirementsWork with the Head of Fraud & Regulatory Product on portfolio strategy, quarterly business reporting & planning cycles.

Strong knowledge and experience in areas including telecom fraud and regulations, KYC, and Data Sovereignty, Cloud SecurityPrevious experience of working with engineers to identify and implement fraud and compliance fixes and solutionsStrong knowledge in data protection and compliance, security-oriented cloud services, fraud vector analytics, and threat detection and preventionProven experience working as a business subject matter expert or in a leadership capacity within fraud & regulationsMinimum 3 years experience in a relevant sector and functionMinimum 3 years of Product or Operational Management experienceExperience in telco, cloud or finance industries preferred
