About the job

The Financial Crimes & Fraud Prevention (FCFP) Reporting Manager is responsible for supporting and tracking FCFP data used in monthly reports, including Net Fraud Loss, Operating Expenses, and Key Performance Indicators. This is a global consolidation role, pulling data for all the North American lines of business, as well as the international regions, into complex/critical/large professional documentation. Requires ability to quickly learn and understand the essentials and interconnectivity across diverse areas and functions and be able to integrate into a comprehensive summary. Excellent communication skills are essential to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions within the Innovation, Enablement & Strategy Office.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a facilitation and coordination point for extended FCFP leadership team to develop and operationalize Financial Crimes & Fraud Prevention strategy.Work closely with the Risk & Control and Business Execution teams to coordinate all materials for the BRCCs, Monthly Performance Report meetings, and State of the Business calls.Ensure transparency on strategy across FCFP verticals and manage a singular strategic focus.Work with the FCFP team to manage total cost of fraud reporting. Evaluate reports for accuracy.Craft intelligent commentary that can transcend FCFP and be understandable throughout the Enterprise.Provide guidance and support the delivery of the FCFP Strategic priorities.Be a trusted partner by developing a good network across FCFP and supporting functions.Keep abreast of operational/functional processes and requirements to support FCFP Innovation, Enablement & Strategy deliverables.Perform other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years relevant experience in business communications or relevant disciplineAbility to build effective presentations to communicate complex and analytical findings to a wide array of audiences.Effective cross-functional stakeholder engagement and management, with ability to effectively drive collaboration across teamsAbility to prioritize and provide a clear line of sight to the most critical workAbility to multi-task and work against tight deadlinesAbility to make decisions independently with minimal guidance from managementExtremely detail-oriented; intellectual curiosityConstantly seeks clients’ feedback and holds oneself accountable for listening to and learning from clientsExpert presentation skills with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Teams
