Position Highlights

Responsible for managing, monitoring, and coordinating first party fraud/credit abuse risk projects for consumer and business credit card products.Coordinates communication and quality control efforts with RPS Operations leadership team.Tracks weekly RPS first party fraud and bustout activity, working with RPS Risk First Party Fraud team to understand new trends and solutions to combat fraud.Maintains first party fraud model monitoring through quantitative analysis, working closely with model risk governance.Monitors strategy and model performance and adjusts as needed to maintain performance at department goals.Responsible for portfolio management and assisting with authorizations controls through predictive detection rules using statistical techniques.


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically more than six years of applicable experience


Preferred Skills And Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of all departmental data sources, and of fraud risk and operations management associated with the product linesStrong analytical skills relative to evaluating fraud prevention infrastructure and forecasting fraud loss trendsStrong project management skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and data analysis software such as SAS/SQL.
