About The Team

The FIS Analytics’ Fraud Team offers its clients years of industry knowledge and expertise to detect and prevent fraud within our SecurLOCK fraud products, including SecurLOCK Predict and Warranty products. Our analysts use industry-leading detection tools to monitor and investigate suspicious activity with 24 x 7 coverage for almost 3,000 banks and credit unions and over 300 million transactions annually. Despite the growing threat of fraud and account takeover in these products across the industry, this team has maintained extremely low losses for its clients and FIS.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage a team of analysts who are responsible for reviewing fraud data to identify patterns that will enable the development of anti-fraud techniques, systems, and fraud control programs. You will work side by side with other Analytic managers as a cohesive team.


  • This position is a dedicated client position. This manager will work very closely with the client to define required processes, performance metrics and reporting needs for our team

  • Help develop fraud prevention policies used by fraud analysts

  • Explore new technologies that may be applied to combat emerging trends in fraudulent activity such as Internet fraud and identify theft, incorporating technology into processes and card products

  • Utilizes company system reports in identifying overall fraud loss trends across organizational units

  • Provides summaries and detailed analysis, risk, causes, and proposed action plans to address issues. Corrective actions may include mitigating potential loss or changes in company practices or procedures

  • Research and test new analytical approaches and technologies

What You Bring

  • Experience with data Analysis with large scale data

  • 3 + years of SQL Experience

  • 3 - 5+ years of managing a team of analysts

  • Strong business acumen and executive presence

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field Req~ Master's Degree Preferred

  • 4 – 7 years’ experience in fraud discipline, its principles, processes, procedures, and trends of fraud and fraud prevention

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Experience investigating fraudulent activity

  • Hyperion/Snowflake experience

  • VBA/Macro skill with MS Office

  • SAS, Python, Falcon Rule Writing experience
