About The Role

Ebury's Fraud Prevention Manager, plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Ebury against fraudulent activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust fraud prevention strategies and controls, with a focus on leveraging automation to enhance detection capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive fraud prevention programs to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Utilise cutting-edge technology and data analytics to automate fraud detection processes and enhance overall efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and strengthen existing controls, ensuring a proactive approach to fraud prevention.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to continuously improve fraud prevention measures.

  • Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.

  • Provide leadership and training to internal teams on fraud prevention best practices and the effective use of automated tools.

  • Monitor and analyse key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of fraud prevention initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, with a proven track record of successfully implementing automated fraud detection processes.

  • Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to fraud prevention.
