The Corporate Investment Banking Payments Operations team is the largest cash management provider globally. Payments Operations strives to provide the best operational services to support the financial industry as measured by our customers, shareholders and fellow employees. The Payments Operations organization and core functions achieve service excellence through Client Focus, Technology solutions and Work force innovation.

As a Fraud Strategy Associate in Corporate Investment Banking you will support the Global Payments Fraud Operations program Strategy team, working in partnership with Operations, Technology and Product to continually identify abnormal transaction behavior and implement technology/process/policy enhancements to protect the firm and client interests.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee deliverables for the Reporting and Analytics teamComplete Ad-Hoc reporting Daily, weekly, monthlyDocument and package status updates and proposals to senior managementPerform data analytics, data mining, predictive analytics, and problem solvingDevelop and apply algorithms and models with ability to clearly explain them to Management, Operations and Technology teamsCollaborate with Technology and Operations to develop requirements and implement new capabilitiesEngage to mitigate risk through continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, and collaboration with Operations teamsDevelop presentations for senior executives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field3 or more years of relevant work experienceExperience with Tableau, Spotfire, Alteryx or other BI toolsDisplay strong analytical and communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, look-up functions, etc.)Proficient with other Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Word)Enhanced Capability to Communicate and influence Senior ExecutivesAbility to organize and analyze complex financial data in a fast-paced environmentProblem solving, good critical thinking, and decision-making skillsUnderstanding of Business Process/modeling conceptsLeverage creative analytical problem-solving skills while using large data sets from a broad range of sources
