A Typical Day

  • Lead the risk operations function for the Trust Rapid Response (TRR) team, ensuring the team is proactively identifying and addressing potential risks that come through TRR

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights to leadership

  • Effectively communicate planning strategies, system updates, and risk incident findings to relevant stakeholders

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent; MBA preferred

  • 8-10+ years of proven experience in Planning, Systems Tooling, or Consulting roles preferred

  • Proven track record of planning, creating and owning a product portfolio roadmap using sophisticated project management tooling (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Jira)

  • Experience leading a team of subject matter experts

  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation

  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperative
