Job Description

Drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the Payments products;Liaison with business stakeholders to develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights;Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value, priority and use cases;Develop product roadmap, define, prioritize, and align/communicate short and long term product goals with key stakeholders;Communicate and collaborate with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines;Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.Product Management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products.Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing digital product solutions.Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.Previous experience in Payments Products is strongly preferred.Experience in the e-commerce or fintech will be an advantage.
