Role And Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Return Risk Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Return Risk Specialist is responsible for supporting payment management and 3PL operations for Samsung Care Exchange and Return program. This role involves processing customer payments and 3PL invoices by auditing, reconciling and following policies to minimize return loss. Work closely with vendors on performance to ensure payments are processed timely. Support and improve the White Glove experience for customers by partnering with Call Center and 3PLs.

Role &Responsibilities

  • Review and Audit Service Refund for processing for consumers

  • Payment management including check void and re-issues, stop payments, reconciliation of rejected payments, consumer disputes, call center emails for payment resolution and providing proof of payments

  • Posting and clearing of the payment financial documents into the internal finance system

  • Review and process 3PL invoices, chargebacks, deductions and submission timely

  • Monitor 3PL Exchange and Return White Glove Performance

  • Monitor SLA/KPI with Payment vendors and 3PLs

  • Work with Call Center on addressing customer escalations related to payments and 3PL issues

  • Recommend improvements and cost savings by reviewing vendor’s performance and costs to reduce return loss



Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • BS/ BA degree preferred or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable or Service Operation.

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Finance, Banking and/or Service operation.

  • Experience with SAP preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook Email and Excel.

  • Proficiency in CSV file creation and requirements.

  • Being familiar with the sales or service operation of electronic goods.

  • Experience with banking and shipment tracking websites.

  • Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
