Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Fraud Investigations to join our organization. Responsibilities

Influence senior leadership to prioritize fraud investigations and allocate necessary resources to support the investigations function. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of fraud investigations and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fraud investigations, preferably in a leadership role. Extensive knowledge and experience in investigating various types of fraud, including identity, financial, loss prevention, cybersecurity, platform abuse, fraud rings, organized crime, etc. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and influence senior leadership. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams. Experience in establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for investigations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly. San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00



Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
