Your key responsibilities in this role will be

✅ Acting as a focal point for all international payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, CUP), facilitating communication, collaboration, and ensuring seamless operations

✅ Managing mandates of all international payment Schemes, ensuring ongoing compliance, communicating these mandates internally, initiating & monitoring the required changes

✅ Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on payment schemes mandates to develop and implement solutions that adhere to the mandates, monitor progress and address any challenges ensuring seamless operations

✅ Interacting with vendors and external partners, managing relationships to ensure optimal service delivery

✅ Performing operational activities with payment Schemes, implementing and overseeing necessary actions to maintain efficient operations

✅ Overseeing project governance and execution of technical activities leading by involved teams towards timely and effective project delivery

✅ Developing internal policies and procedures that align with the mandates and guidelines of the international payment schemes

✅ Maintaining records of all relevant documentation, training materials, audit reports, and correspondence with the international payment schemes

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role

🚀 Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in payments management is a plus

🚀 Experience in payment schemes management, with a strong understanding of payment processing technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

🚀 Experience working with payment service providers, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

🚀 Strong knowledge of Payment Schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, CUP)

🚀 Excellent command of Greek & English language

🚀 Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out

🚀 Advanced degree or certification in payments management is a plus

🚀 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data to design actions and drive implementation

🚀 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Nexi Group and external partners
