As the Senior Platforms Manager - Fraud, you'll be at the forefront of managing and evolving our fraud prevention platforms. You'll lead a team to deliver flexible, reliable, secure, and efficient platforms that align with our strategy, objectives, and customer needs. If you're ready to lead the charge in this critical area, we want to hear from you.

You’ll demonstrate a product management mindset combined with excellent stakeholder influencing and engagement skills; ensuring that people across the wider Kiwibank business are informed around the fraud roadmap as well as platform performance. You’ll be able to talk to a clear track record of delivery, drawing from lessons learned around how to successfully agree and achieve outcomes.

Demonstrable track record working within the fraud platform space, ideally with experience in developing and evolving existing fraud platforms. Experience in the financial services industry and a strong understanding of banking products and functions. Accomplished people leadership skills with proven success in build a collaborative and engaged team culture. Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of bridging between business and technology stakeholders to ensure cohesion of delivery. Comfortable with developing and maintaining a product strategy and associated roadmap Role modelling an owner’s mindset with a focus on operational improvement when it comes to systems, performance and up-time etc. Accomplished vendor management and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A keen attention to detail with accomplished analytical skills and reasoning, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis.
