Job Description

The Operations Consultant, Risk Solution Services will be responsible for reviewing and improving RaIS RSS organizational processes, and working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. This will include working closely with Visa stakeholders across RaIS, Finance, IT, Sales and other departments.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Process Development & Implementation: Design and implement new procedures or refine existing processes to enhance efficiency. This includes training staff on changes and monitoring their effectiveness. Project Management: Manage and implement projects related to operational changes. This includes setting goals, determining strategies for accomplishing those goals, and managing timelines and resources to ensure project completion. Communication and Presentation: Delivers clear, concise, and tailored messages independently. Consulting Expertise: Enhances revenue through strategic relationships and automation, aligned with RSS. Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Advances automation and data analytics to align with RSS goalsIndustry Knowledge: Acquires and shares industry insights, consults on payment ecosystems, and adapts solutions based on competitive knowledge.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Preferred Qualifications

9 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhDProven work experience as an Operations Consultant or similar roleStrong knowledge of business operations, management principles, and strategiesExcellent project management and organizational skillsCollaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programsDeriving insights and action items through analysisProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
