HireArt is helping a cutting edge AI research and deployment company hire Trust and Safety Specialists. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert on a variety of company safety policies, review content and ensure moderation operations are running smoothly by collaborating cross-functionally to constantly improve tooling/policies.

We're looking for candidates who can succeed in ambiguous and frequently changing spaces, have experience running in-person campaigns and/or events and have experience managing data labeling operations with a passion for AI. You should demonstrate a pragmatic approach to being on an operations team, be highly analytical and take a hands-on, proactive approach to scoping and forecasting the needs of the company.

As a Trust & Safety Specialist, You'll

Be the subject matter expert on a variety of company safety policies. Review content that violates policies and improve review/response processes. Ensure moderation operations are running smoothly and scale processes while maintaining review quality. Respond to escalations by owning/assisting in investigations and follow-on processes. Collaborate with engineering, policy and research teams to improve tooling, policies and understanding of abusive content.

Have a pragmatic approach to being on an operations team and can get in the weeds to get stuff done. Are passionate about AI and keen to take a part in shaping the safety of this technology. Have experience on a trust and safety team and/or have worked closely with policy or security teams. Have a knack for data and use metrics to drive your decision-making. Bonus if you have experience with large language models and/or can use scripting languages (Python preferred).
