About the Team:
Our Operations team moderate millions of videos globally every day, ensuring we are bringing only safe content to our users. Workflow Management builds and optimizes moderation business processes, monitoring performance, and continuously looks for areas to improve efficiency and maintain high standards of safety.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the internal business workflow optimization, optimize internal business processes by collecting and analyzing problems in business implementation;
- You will build the workflow strategy, platform design, queue design to improve performance and efficiency in business;
- You will promote the continuous and iterative development of strategy requirements through communication and cooperation with the relevant operation team, algorithm team, and R&D team;
- You will monitor, improve on the day and short term moderation performance through various, process and efficiency tactics.

Qualifications

- You come with previous experience in an Operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call center environment - experience with Content Moderation / Safety would be an advantage;
- You have great attention to detail, comfortable using data to analyze performance and using insight to drive performance;
- Proficiency in Excel / G Sheets / Spreadsheet - ability to comfortably extract, organize, and navigate large data sets.
